Yes! We are working with food and lifestyle so there are no contraindications. However, if you have any concerns at all please speak to your health care provider.

Is there any 1:1 time in this programme?

No this is a self-lead (DIY) course. If you would prefer something with more support please get in touch to find out about my other programmes.

I already know about nutrition and exercise, why should I take this programme?

Is your knowledge of nutrition and exercise specific to women over 40? Is your knowledge of nutrition and exercise working for you? If so, great keep doing what you are doing, you don’t need this programme. If you answered no to either of those questions, this course will be of benefit. If you answered no to both of those questions, you definitely need this programme.

I don't have much time for complicated nutrition etc... is this suitable for me?

Yes, I don't advocate counting calories or macros and I am not going to tell you to meditate for an hour a day. I am a mum of two and I run my own business, so I appreciate how valuable your time is. I make everything as quick and simple to implement as possible. And whilst full access is granted immediately on payment, you have this material for life. So can get started at anytime.
